WS Browser User Agreement

Important Notice

Before using WS Browser (the “Software”), you should carefully read and comply with the WS Browser User Agreement (the “Agreement”). Please read all terms carefully and make sure you fully understand them, especially the terms relating to disclaimers or limitations of liability, dispute resolution, governing law, and use by minors. Terms that disclaim or limit liability are shown in bold and should be read with particular attention.

By downloading, installing, or using the Software, or by otherwise using any services provided through the Software, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and agreed to accept all terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement, please stop using the Software immediately and uninstall it.

Because the Software is a browser that can access unrestricted third-party content on the internet, it is rated 17+ in accordance with App Store requirements. In addition, under applicable law, if you are under 18 years of age (or under the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction), you are considered a minor. Please be sure to read this Agreement together with your legal guardian and obtain their prior consent before using the Software.

  3. Apple Disclaimer: You understand and agree that this Agreement is entered into between you and WS. Apple Inc. is not a party to this Agreement, is not responsible for any obligations under this Agreement, and assumes no responsibility or support or maintenance obligations in connection with the Software.
