WS Browser User Agreement

Important Notice

Before using WS Browser (the “Software”), you should carefully read and comply with the WS Browser User Agreement (the “Agreement”). Please read all terms carefully and make sure you fully understand them, especially the provisions on disclaimer or limitation of liability, dispute resolution, governing law, and minors’ use. Provisions that disclaim or limit liability are highlighted in bold for your special attention.

By downloading, installing, using the Software, or otherwise using any services provided through the Software, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement, please stop using the Software immediately and uninstall it.

As the Software is a browser capable of accessing unrestricted third-party content on the internet, it is rated 17+ under App Store requirements. In addition, under applicable law, if you are under 18 years of age (or under the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you are considered a minor. Please read this Agreement together with your legal guardian and obtain their prior consent before using the Software.

1. Scope of the Agreement

  1. Contracting Parties This Agreement is entered into by and between you (the user) and the operator of WS Browser (“WS”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

  2. Agreement Components This Agreement includes the main body of this document, the WS Browser Privacy Policy, and any rules, notices, or announcements that we have published or may publish in the future.

  3. Services Provided We provide internet technology services related to browser tools, including web browsing, search and navigation, bookmark management, webpage data caching, and other related features.

2. Account and Device Security

  1. Device Requirements You should ensure that the iOS device you use meets relevant cybersecurity standards and that its operating system version supports the normal operation of the Software.

  2. Account Responsibility If the Software includes registration or login features, you are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and password. Any loss arising from your disclosure of account information shall be borne by you.

3. User Conduct

  1. Lawful Use You agree to comply with applicable laws and regulations when using the Software to browse information. You may not use the Software to create, copy, publish, or distribute any unlawful, non-compliant, violent, pornographic, false, or infringing content, including content that violates the intellectual property rights of others.

  2. Prohibited Conduct

  • reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile the Software without authorization;
  • interfere with the normal operation of the Software or its related servers and networks;
  • use the Software to engage in any activity that may endanger cybersecurity; or
  • intentionally circumvent or undermine technical measures we use to protect intellectual property rights.
  1. Content Reporting If you encounter unlawful or harmful third-party content through the browser, you may report it to us or to the relevant regulatory authorities.

4. Fees and Payment

  1. Service Fees The basic browsing features of WS Browser are currently provided free of charge. If paid premium features are introduced in the future, we will provide clear notice within the app.

  2. Payment System All purchases within the Software for digital content or premium features (if any) must be made exclusively through Apple’s official In-App Purchase system. We will not direct users to make payments through any third-party channels not authorized by Apple.

  3. Subscription Management If you purchase a subscription service, you may manage or cancel it at any time in iOS under Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

5. Privacy Protection and Data Collection

  1. Privacy Policy We take user privacy seriously. We will process your personal information strictly in accordance with the WS Browser Privacy Policy.

  2. Permissions We request access to your camera or photo library only when necessary to enable specific features, such as scanning QR codes or saving webpage images, and only with your prior consent.

  3. Tracking Statement We strictly comply with Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) policy. Without your explicit authorization, we will not track your information across apps for advertising purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

  1. WS owns all intellectual property rights in and to the Software, including its related technologies, interface, and logo.

  2. The intellectual property rights in third-party webpages displayed within the browser belong to the original content providers.

7. Disclaimers

  1. Disclaimer for Third-Party Content WS Browser is a tool software application. Any third-party websites, applications, or services accessed through the Software are independently provided by third parties. We do not guarantee the authenticity, legality, or security of any third-party webpage content, and we are not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from such third-party content.

  2. Connection Stability We are not liable for service interruptions caused by telecom network failures, technical adjustments, force majeure events, or any other circumstances not intentionally caused by WS.

  3. Apple Disclaimer You understand and agree that this Agreement is concluded between you and WS only. Apple Inc. is not a party to this Agreement and has no obligations under it, nor any responsibility for the Software or any support or maintenance related to it. You and WS further acknowledge and agree that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement; upon your acceptance of this Agreement, Apple shall have the right (and shall be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this Agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary with respect to the relevant provisions herein.

8. Changes to and Termination of the Agreement

  1. Agreement Updates We may revise this Agreement from time to time as our business develops. The revised Agreement will be made available within the app. Your continued use after such publication constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

  2. Termination of Services You may terminate this Agreement at any time by deleting the Software. If you violate applicable laws, regulations, or this Agreement, we reserve the right to restrict or terminate your right to use the Software.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  1. The formation, validity, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

  2. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly consultation between the parties. If no resolution can be reached, you agree to submit the dispute to the court of competent jurisdiction where the operator of WS Browser is located.

  3. WS Browser reserves the right to interpret and amend this Agreement.

  4. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
